We believe “What You See is What You Control” and will provide complete transparency and control to You regarding Your data in Our app. This includes having the ‘Right To Delete’ Your data whenever you wish.
Wizi will not use its platform to serve targeted ads or interest-based advertising. Wizi also does not allow any human to read the data unless it's related to fixing an issue raised by You.
Interpretations & Definitions
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Account: means a unique account created for You to access our Service or parts of our Service
We /Service (App): means the software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Wizi

Cards: refers to credit cards unless otherwise explicitly stated
Application: refers to new credit card application submitted to the banks or any card issuer
Verification: Identifying & verifying your card account for payments and card identification.

On successful grant of permission by the user, we may fetch information from trusted third-party services for customizing the card experience for you
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser / device type, browser / OS version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.
How do we use your data?
For providing the following services
New Card application
For any new application of credit cards by You in Our app, we digitally verify the customer address, identity and income for streamlining the credit card application. Wizi uses certified third-party service providers for e-verifying the same to ensure a paperless card approval for our customers.
To help you manage existing credit cards, the app also requests SMS permission from the user for fetching the details from the card transactions messages for updating the payment reminders, fraudulent activity highlights and reporting transactions in the app on a real-time basis. This is applicable for Android OS users only.
Additionally, credit card statements can be linked through Gmail account linking. The statement from Your Gmail account is fetched automatically post successful authorization.
The help you have all card offers in a single interface, Wizi facilitates and curates all offers on your card. The App requests for location information to identify merchants near you who provide offers on your card.
Wizi helps you settle your credit card bills through payment gateways, to enable this, the app requests to verify your card using a ‘penny drop’ transaction.
To enable you to split any transactions with your friends, the App requests for contact permission to send notification for payment request.
To ensure your card usage behavior will have minimal impact on your credit worthiness, Wizi computes CardScore using card transaction data and credit bureau information and present the information in an easy to understand manner.

To manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user

To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, WhatsApp or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
To Provide Opt-in Communications
To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.
For Business Transfers
Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.

We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.
How do we store your personal data?
Your data is stored in the Indian Region of AWS (Amazon Web Services) Cloud Platform Server using 256 Bit Advanced Encryption. 100% of API calls from the Server to the App is also encrypted to ensure your data is protected end-to-end at all times.
Your verified credit card information is tokenized and stored with our Payment Gateway provider, hence adding more security to your data.
Sharing of Your Data
The information pertaining to its users is highly confidential and protected with Advanced Security Standards. Wizi does not share its user information as defined by its Responsible Data Policy. We will never transfer, sell, make copies, or share any of your personally identifiable data to third party services or companies unless strictly necessary to enable the application to function properly. Accordingly, personal data will be disclosed to third parties on a strictly limited ‘need to know’ basis where there is clear justification for transferring Personal Data - either because the Data Subject has consented to the transfer or because disclosure is required to perform a contract to which the Data Subject is a party, or for a legitimate purpose that does not infringe the Data Subject’s fundamental rights, including the right to privacy (e.g. sharing in the context of a merger and acquisition operation).

Data Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
The Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
